Due Diligence & Proposal
We run the numbers, assess market performance, and confirm that your property is compatible with our Guaranteed Rent structure. You will then receive a copy of our standard agreement for review. Once both parties are aligned, we proceed to schedule an in-person viewing.

Viewing & Full Property Inspection
During the viewing, we inspect the property to ensure it meets required licensing, safety standards and overall condition. We also identify any maintenance needs or improvements required before taking the property on. If adjustments are needed, we create a clear action plan.
